OVERVIEW
If you are looking for an off the beaten path location, this is the trip for you! We will start our trip in San Jose, Costa Rica before making our way towards a small town in the Pacific Coast. This is an area with high potential for big animal encounters.
Pelagic fish aggregate in big numbers. Here you can expect to see anything from dolphin super pods, yellow fin tuna, to schooling mobulas, billfish, sharks, pilot whales and big numbers of spinner dolphins. We will also be doing diving at nearby dive sites, where you can expect to see mantas, sharks and schooling fish.
We will spent the day looking for birds, bait balls and activity in the open ocean. Here we will take our chances depending on what the day has to offer. We will also have the option to do diving after our blue water encounters at nearby dive sites.
For safety and to maximize photographic opportunities we will limit the group to 6 snorkelers. No scuba certification required.
