PORT ST. JOHNS

Every year off the coast of South Africa, one of the biggest animal migrations on Earth takes place. Massive shoals of sardines get pushed off the east coast of South Africa by changing weather patterns, were hungry predators await.

The area between East London and Port St. Johns is located on the hot spot of this migration. Here you can expect to see anything. From different species of dolphins, sea birds, whales, billfish, seals, and a variety of sharks. We will focus our attention on looking for bait balls to be able to witness predatory behavior. On the days when we cannot find bait balls, we will be diving with
dolphins,whales, and sharks.

  • Season: June - August
