OVERVIEW
French Polynesia is one of the few places in the world where you can swim with Humpback whales. From July to November, whales visit to nurse their young or in search of a mating partner. This is also a very good area for other pelagic encounters. Dolphins, sharks and other species abundant in these waters.
We will have a high chance of in-water encounters, the safety of our guests and the marine life is our No. 1 priority. and to maximize photographic opportunities our guide will determine how many people will enter the water at the same time.
To increase our chance of swimming with them, we will do 6 full days searching for Humpbacks and other marine species. Although our primary focus will be to find the humpback whales, there is also the chance to encounter different marine species. Our small groups increases the chance of duration of this encounters.
Every day is different and we will try to find other pelagic animals as well. Spinner dolphins, rough-toothed dolphins, pilot whales, to name a few. We will have plenty of time to be amazed by them.
